In-person sessions are held in my office space, and offer the most private, neutral environment. In-person sessions also offer opportunity for a more creative and experiential therapeutic experience.
Tele-health sessions provide opportunity to engage in therapy from the safety and flexibility of your own space. Because there is no need to travel from your home or office, these sessions can be most convenient. Tele-health sessions are offered through the Zoom platform.
Walk & Talk sessions are held in outside walking spaces at nearby locations arranged ahead of time. While confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a Walk&Talk session, there is a benefit of including movement and time outdoors.
